Description
The Rubber Testing Engineer performs functional tests on conveyor belts, compounds, and raw materials, including series products, new developments, prototypes, process changes, cross-plant testing, and customer-complaint investigations. The role also documents testing requirements, supports test execution, and requires knowledge of rubber manufacturing, performance testing, failure-mode replication, ISO quality and environmental standards, continuous improvement, SAP and QDA, English, and enterprise software.
