Description
The Laboratory Support Technician prepares and organizes laboratory materials, assists faculty and students with classes, projects, and research, supports community programs, manages equipment loans and maintenance, tracks laboratory reservations, requests supplies, and helps update standard operating procedures. The role requires a Nursing Technician course or Nursing degree, prior experience in the role, and first-aid knowledge. It is scheduled for 44 hours per week, Monday through Thursday from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Friday from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m., and includes health, dental, transportation, parking, insurance, leave, scholarship, and other employee benefits.
