Description
The Laboratory Technologist (MLT or MT) performs laboratory tests across hematology, immunohematology, immunology, bacteriology, microscopy, routine chemistry, and therapeutic drug monitoring; processes specimens; calibrates and maintains instruments; performs quality control and preventive maintenance; validates and reports results; and supports laboratory operations, policy development, and staff orientation. The role requires an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related specialty, certification or registry eligibility, and National certification (AMT or ASCP). It is a night shift from 8:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., requires weekend rotation, and offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days and another $2,500 after one year of employment.
