Description
The role leads complex laboratory testing programs, evaluates test performance and equipment operation, develops and automates new testing capabilities, maintains test equipment, supports customer setup and operation, and trains laboratory personnel and clients. It requires a science or engineering university degree, four years of related experience, project-management and customer-service ability, English communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, laboratory quality-management-system familiarity, and the ability to incorporate automation into testing.
