Description
The Watchmaker (Horloger·ère) Laboratory Specialist will qualify watch components, movements, and watchmaking components; perform performance and aging tests; analyze movements; write inspection and qualification reports; support assembly and quality-control departments; define qualification plans and inspection instructions; and develop timing and barrel-control measurement programs. The role requires a Swiss Federal Certificate as a Watchmaker or equivalent training, at least five years of similar experience, complex-movement experience, familiarity with mechanical and climatic aging and measurement equipment, statistical measurement and data-processing knowledge, MS Office proficiency, and strong analytical, writing, and teamwork skills.
