Cullen Construction is hiring a full-time entry-level Laborer to support daily construction operations. The role includes installing safety measures, cleaning and organizing job sites, operating vehicles and equipment, handling materials, performing light carpentry, assisting supervisors and craftsmen, and working safely at elevated areas. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, reliable transportation, punctuality, physical ability to perform manual labor, and strong teamwork and communication skills; previous labor or construction experience and OSHA 10 certification are preferred but not required.
