CW Resources is hiring a Landscaping Laborer for its Charlotte Airport Traffic Control Tower. The role follows a flexible schedule of one day per week, every other week, from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with times varying based on inclement weather. The laborer will mow lawns, edge sidewalks and driveways, trim bushes and trees, weed flowerbeds, prune shrubs and small trees, lay mulch, plant seasonal flowers, clean work areas, and handle landscaping equipment. No prior experience is required, and the employer provides training; the position requires outdoor work, physical activity, safety compliance, teamwork, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
