Description
The Laborer performs entry-level property maintenance and cleaning work in community homes, centers, offices, grounds, parks, and parking lots. Responsibilities include delivering and moving tools, equipment, supplies, and materials; setting up and tearing down community events; pressure washing; debris removal; earthwork; removing damaged flooring and drywall; operating power tools and lawn mowers; responding to service calls; and completing maintenance, repair, and cleaning tasks. The role requires a current vehicle license in good standing, English communication skills, and preferably a high school diploma or GED and basic maintenance knowledge.
