Optimized Process Designs, LLC is hiring a Laborer for its Mont Belvieu, Texas jobsite. The role performs general housekeeping, dirt shoveling and compaction, concrete removal, form removal, and material and tool handling for craft workers. It requires outdoor work in extreme weather, lifting up to 60 pounds, extended standing, physical climbing and balancing, scaffold and elevated-platform work, travel to remote areas, and shifts up to 12 hours per day and seven days per week.
