The Asbestos Abatement and Demolition Specialist provides abatement and demolition services for asbestos, lead, mold, PCPs, interior demolition, and structural demolition. The role requires following safety procedures, wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, working in teams, and performing tasks in heights, confined spaces, hot environments, and adverse conditions. Candidates must have experience in the remediation and demolition industry, asbestos abatement certification or licensure, current asbestos physical clearances, and 10-hour OSHA certification; a high school education, GED, or equivalent is preferred.
