Thompson Pipe Group is hiring a 1st Shift General Laborer for a 4:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. shift, occasionally on Saturdays, at its Alvarado, Texas manufacturing location. The role involves finishing and patching precast concrete products, operating and using hand and power tools, installing plates, rebar, wire, insulation, lifters, reveals, and anchors, and maintaining a safe and orderly work area. The position requires physical labor in an outdoor, dust-exposed environment, including lifting up to 75 pounds, and offers medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid holidays, training, and other benefits.
