Shea Concrete is hiring a full-time Precast Concrete Plant Team Member at its Amesbury, Massachusetts plant. The role performs precast concrete manufacturing tasks including preparing and cleaning forms and molds, fabricating reinforcement cages, placing and securing reinforcement and embeds, and finishing concrete. The position offers year-round work, a Monday-through-Friday schedule, $22 to $25 per hour based on experience, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement matching, paid holidays, and paid time off.
