Description
This full-time non-exempt laborer assists crew members in performing various construction tasks under the supervision of a Foreman or Crew Leader. Key responsibilities include assisting in job layout, excavation, installing conduits and pipes, maintaining a safe work site, identifying and operating necessary tools, reporting incidents, and adhering to safety regulations like OSHA. The role also involves operating company vehicles safely and maintaining them according to the BFJ Driver Handbook.
