Structis is hiring Commercial Construction Floor Underlayment Installers to support gypsum and concrete-based flooring projects across the New England area. The role involves mixing and finishing Gypcrete, operating a bobcat, moving and delivering supplies, using small tools, and assisting crew members. Candidates need basic hand-tool and tape-measure skills, reliability, the ability to drive to project sites, and the capacity to repeatedly lift up to 80 pounds; previous construction or concrete-crew experience is preferred. The position offers $18.00 to $26.00 per hour, year-round work, paid training, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement, and paid time off.
