Structis is hiring Commercial Construction Floor Underlayment Installers to support gypsum and concrete-based flooring projects across the New England area. The role involves cutting and laying acoustical floor mats, mixing and pouring gypcrete, operating a bobcat, finishing poured floors, moving supplies, and assisting with basic equipment repair. Candidates need basic hand-tool and tape-measure skills, reliability, the ability to drive to project sites, and the capacity to repeatedly lift up to 80 pounds; previous construction or concrete-crew experience is preferred.
