Description
The Laborer I performs entry-level general labor and site utility work for commercial and residential construction projects. Responsibilities include cleaning and preparing construction sites, assisting crew members, loading and transporting tools and materials, digging trenches, mixing compounds, and completing site documentation. The role requires a high school diploma, GED, or related trade school education, less than one year of construction, maintenance, or labor experience, hand-tool ability, and the ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work, including lifting 75 pounds and traveling up to 25% of the time.
