Archer Western Construction is hiring a Laborer - Pipelayer for the San Juan Lateral Water Treatment Plant in Shiprock, New Mexico. The role performs physical pipe-laying, joining, aligning, wrapping, and sealing work on commercial, industrial, or heavy civil construction projects, including water, gas, sanitary sewer, telephone, and electrical conduits. The position may require operating hand and power tools, preparing sites, and performing other assigned duties. Applicants should have verifiable construction experience, the ability to climb and balance on scaffolds or ladders, lift up to 50 pounds, follow safety procedures, communicate effectively, and pass a pre-employment drug screening.
