Description
The Seawall Laborer performs manual labor on marine construction sites, including seawall construction, repair, and maintenance. Responsibilities include using hand and power tools, loading and unloading materials, distributing building materials and equipment, assisting skilled tradesmen, cleaning and preparing construction sites, and following safety policies and OSHA regulations. The role requires outdoor experience, physical ability to perform repetitive and demanding work, and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team; a high school diploma, heavy equipment experience, mechanical aptitude, MS Office proficiency, and bilingual Spanish ability are preferred or desirable.
