Description
The Laborer supports telecom construction crews by assisting with underground fiber installation, trenching, conduit placement, directional drilling, utility exposure, cable handling, site setup and cleanup, material loading and unloading, traffic control, and safe equipment operation. The role requires outdoor work in varying weather, physical labor involving lifting 50+ pounds, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work with heavy equipment; previous construction or utility experience is preferred. The position pays $19–$22 per hour and includes health, retirement, paid leave, and disability and life insurance benefits.
