Description
The Laborer supports telecom construction crews by assisting with underground fiber optic and utility infrastructure installation, maintenance, and repair. Responsibilities include site preparation, trenching, conduit placement, utility exposure, fiber and innerduct handling, material loading and unloading, traffic control, and maintaining a safe work environment. The role requires outdoor physical work, basic tool operation, and a valid driver’s license, with previous construction or utility experience preferred. Hourly pay is $19–$22, and benefits include 401(k) matching, health plans, paid time off, and disability and life insurance.
