H&M Group is hiring a Labour Demand Expert to own and continuously improve the global labour demand model that translates customer demand, operational activities, and workload drivers into labour hours. The role develops demand-to-workload logic, scaling rules, scenario models, documentation, and analytical relationships, and partners with Labour Standards, Workforce Management, Controlling, Operations Development, Technology, Product, and global and sales-market teams. The position is permanent and based in Stockholm.
