The BC Nurses’ Union is hiring a temporary full-time Labour Relations Officer – DTA for a six-month term starting September 2026. The role maintains, enforces, and interprets collective agreement provisions for assigned bargaining units, advises EDMP Representatives on disability management, negotiates accommodations, resolves grievances, presents cases at arbitration and labour board hearings, supports provincial collective bargaining, and mentors union members and representatives. The position requires 3–5 years of progressive grievance-processing experience, relevant education or equivalent experience, strong labour relations and communication skills, and willingness to travel throughout British Columbia.
