FLINT is hiring a Turnaround Labourer for a 3-day construction and/or industrial facility project in Whitecourt, Alberta, starting September 21, 2026. The role follows a Monday-to-Friday schedule with 12-hour workdays and benefits after 300+ hours worked. Candidates need 1–2 years of construction or industrial facility experience, mandatory safety tickets including Confined Space Entry and Common Safety Orientation, physical ability to perform demanding tasks, English proficiency, reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean five-year driver’s abstract. The position is safety-sensitive and requires drug and alcohol testing; camp accommodations, living-out, and travel allowances are not included.
