Description
The Labourer supports construction teams by loading and unloading materials, erecting and dismantling forms and scaffolding, assisting tradespeople and heavy equipment operators, helping with underground utilities, excavation, backfill, slope checks, debris removal, and operating construction equipment. The role requires at least two years of construction or similar experience, familiarity with construction practices, communication skills, the ability to follow directions, adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, and a valid driver’s license.
