Qualis Property Solutions is hiring a full-time Labourer to support trades and property maintenance in Loughton, Essex. The role involves cleaning and preparing construction and void properties, loading and transporting materials and waste, maintaining temporary structures, carrying out straightforward maintenance and FRA work, using safety restraints, completing job reports, managing delivery and material stock, and following health and safety procedures. Candidates need building-industry experience, a full driving licence, a satisfactory DBS check, and experience in a fast-paced maintenance and repair environment. The position pays £27,700 per annum and includes pension contributions, life insurance, and 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.
