Description
The Shaw Group Limited is hiring a full-time permanent Concrete Labourer for Shaw Precast Solutions. The role involves cleaning and preparing concrete forms, pallets, headers, shuttles, rails, and mixers; learning and safely using concrete batching systems; lifting, placing, and tying rebar; maintaining equipment and work areas; completing housekeeping and safety reporting; and working overtime as required. The position requires grade 12 education or equivalent, the ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly, climb ladders, operate heavy machinery, and work safely in a physically demanding environment. It is scheduled Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week, with day, evening, or night shifts and flexibility required.
