The Labourer (Traffic Control) is a hybrid field position supporting telecommunications construction crews by directing traffic, managing work-zone devices, and performing general labor and line-work duties. Responsibilities include traffic control, crew mobilization, material handling, site preparation, cable and conduit support, cleanup, equipment spotting, and basic field documentation. The role requires New Brunswick WATCM Traffic Control Person certification, a Class 5 driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to travel throughout New Brunswick; it also involves outdoor work in changing weather and physical labor throughout the shift.
