Description
The LAC Engineer will define product failure-analysis procedures, train and assign inspectors, track 0-km complaints, perform root-cause analysis, summarize failure modes, support MAE planning, coordinate interfaces, testing technology, and manage testing equipment. The role requires mechanical engineering or similar education or analytical experience, several years of relevant experience, knowledge of axle/e-machine/Xin1 products and EVs, experience with e-axle/e-machine test benches, and T-BOX/CCU data-analysis experience.
