Description
Trelleborg is hiring a full-time, onsite Lamination Machine Operator to apply film to textiles, prepare rolls for shipment, monitor machine variables, and adjust run conditions with Quality Control and Technical staff. The role requires basic reading, writing, math, English, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift or move at least 40 pounds; a high school diploma or GED and manufacturing experience are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 5:45 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with a starting hourly rate of $21.00 and benefits including health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
