Description
Trelleborg is hiring a full-time, onsite Lamination Machine Operator to apply film to textiles, prepare rolls for shipment, monitor machine variables, and adjust run conditions with Quality Control and Technical staff. The role follows a Monday-Friday schedule from 3:45 pm to 2:00 am, pays $21.00 per hour plus a $2.00 shift differential, and includes health, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with basic English, manufacturing experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift or move at least 40 pounds.
