Kronospan is hiring a Board Lamination Equipment Trainee to safely and efficiently operate board-lamination equipment, perform routine maintenance and cleaning, use related computer software, identify quality or uptime issues, and assist operators and maintenance personnel with troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance. The role requires strong communication, analytical, mechanical, and multitasking skills, the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, excellent attendance, and experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; board-lamination or laminate-floors production experience and an associate's degree in a mechanical-related field are advantageous. It is a rotating-shift position with medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits, and relocation or immigration assistance is not available.
