Description
The Laminator independently applies high-pressure laminate to MDF, plywood, and specialty substrates; cuts, routes, trims, and finishes laminated components; applies adhesives; reads shop drawings; performs quality inspections; and supports material handling, junior laminators, woodshop fabrication, and LED integration. The role requires 2–5 years of HPL lamination or millwork fabrication experience, knowledge of laminate materials and application techniques, woodworking tool proficiency, independent work ability, and the capacity to lift 50+ pounds and work extended periods in a production environment.
