Description
TekniPlex is hiring a Laminator Operator to safely and efficiently operate an adhesive lamination process on the L9 machine, bonding substrates while maintaining production, quality, and safety standards. The role includes material handling, viscosity monitoring, quality sampling, changeovers, documentation, waste management, and communication with QA and other departments. The position works the 10:45pm–7:00am shift and requires physical activity in a non-climate-controlled facility with exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and solvents. Preferred qualifications include 1–4 years of laminator experience and mechanical troubleshooting experience; benefits include medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, retirement, and other coverage.
