ISH Health Services is hiring a Lancaster Kitchen Manager to oversee the Dining Services department, ensuring nutritious meals are prepared and served in a clean, safe, and sanitary environment. The role involves daily inspection of dietary and storage areas, menu planning for therapeutic diets, supervision of dietary staff, purchasing, budgeting, scheduling, training, and participation in QAPI and management meetings. The position requires at least a high school diploma or GED or two years of healthcare-related experience, knowledge of federal and state nursing home dietary regulations, and preferably prior food service and supervisory experience in long-term care.
