Description
The Land Acquisitions Manager will collaborate with land aggregators to oversee land acquisition, ensuring timely completion and legal due diligence. This includes reviewing land documents, preparing finalizations, liaising with various parties like land owners and government officials, and coordinating with legal counsel for title searches. The manager will also procure and maintain records of land documents, support government surveys, resolve land-related issues during construction, cultivate relationships with local authorities, follow up on payments, and assist in RoW-related activities.
