Canacre is hiring a Land Agent in Sudbury for a one-year full-time contract with possible extension. The role negotiates land-use agreements with private landowners and special-interest groups, communicates with clients, landowners, project managers, and communities, represents the company in stakeholder meetings, interprets legal agreements and appraisal reports, and negotiates damage releases. The position requires at least five years of land acquisition, real estate, or right-of-way experience, along with project management, communication, reporting, Microsoft Office, and driver’s license requirements.
