Description
MEXL is hiring a Land and Development Engineer to manage projects, coordinate project teams, handle negotiations and contracts, follow up on estimates and finances, and support the implementation of detailed development plans. The role also involves preparing agreements, contacting political representatives and the business community, and requires a relevant engineering degree, at least five years of experience, knowledge of property law and real estate economics, strong Swedish communication skills, and a category B driver's license. The position is full-time and based in Jönköping, with flexibility to work across the company's offices in Uddevalla, Gothenburg, Stockholm, Helsingborg, and Jönköping.
