The role manages permitting and approvals, regulatory assessments, utility connections, contracts, budgets, project planning, AHJ relationships, and delivery risks across the site-selection-through-handover lifecycle. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant experience or 7+ years of equivalent experience, with security screening requirements and ongoing applications until the position is filled.
