The role supports land development projects from acquisition through final assumption, coordinating with sales, marketing, building and architecture, government authorities, consultants, and contractors. The position requires a degree or diploma in engineering, planning, or real estate/business, strong analytical and communication skills, project coordination ability, and extensive knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. It is a hybrid role requiring four days in the office, with travel to construction sites and consultant offices, and offers a base salary of $57,500 to $87,500 plus an annual bonus program.
