HR Green is hiring a Civil Staff Engineer - Land Development to design and deliver civil, site, and utility infrastructure projects across land development and water/wastewater systems. The role involves project planning, client and municipality collaboration, permitting, construction support, quality assurance, and mentorship of junior engineers, with opportunities to take ownership of project components and develop toward leadership. Candidates need a civil or environmental engineering degree, EIT status, at least three years of relevant civil engineering experience, and familiarity with Civil 3D, StormCAD, WaterCAD, or similar tools.
