Description
McAdams is hiring a Land Development Engineering Lead to lead and grow its Tampa operation, develop a market-facing growth strategy, build a durable pipeline and profitable office, recruit and develop multidisciplinary teams, and oversee project delivery and client relationships. The role requires a bachelor's degree, at least 15 years of relevant experience, an established Florida network, and strong business judgment; Florida professional licensure or certification is strongly preferred. The position is primarily an office-based leadership role.
