Description
McAdams is hiring a Land Development Engineering Lead for the Orlando metro to grow and lead the Land Development Design practice. The role involves developing relationships with developers, municipalities, and regulatory agencies; pursuing major development projects; overseeing large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects; managing project controls, budgets, schedules, and risk; recruiting and developing teams; and driving operational excellence and compliance. The position requires a Professional Engineer license and at least 10 years of progressive land development engineering experience.
