Description
The Land Development Manager will oversee field operations and land-development projects for Wilmington, Charleston, and surrounding markets, including site work, utilities, grading, amenities, permits, construction contracts, schedules, budgets, compliance, and project turnover. The role requires project leadership, technical expertise, permitting and regulatory knowledge, and experience managing land-development projects for communities of 500–1,400 units. It is a full-time exempt position with initial remote work, weekly travel to project sites, and regular in-person attendance at communities, construction and job sites, and regional offices.
