Minto is hiring a Land Development Manager in Ottawa to lead residential land development projects from acquisition through municipal assumption. The role oversees project strategy, approvals, infrastructure construction, stakeholder and consultant relationships, budgets, financial forecasting, risk management, tendering, contract administration, community completion, and project close-out. Candidates need 5–10 years of residential land development experience, civil infrastructure or real estate development experience, planning and municipal process experience, and post-secondary education in a related discipline or equivalent experience. The hiring pay range is $90,000–$130,000.
