Description
The Land Development Project Manager will own end-to-end delivery of land development projects from concept through completion, managing planning, permitting, budgets, schedules, construction activities, documentation, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, site execution, project close-out, utilities, and risk resolution. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least five years of experience in land development, construction, or project management, and a valid driver’s license; civil engineering, urban planning, construction management, or a related field is preferred, along with professional certifications such as PE, PMP, Procore, or Portfolio Financials.
