Description
The Land Development Project Manager will oversee residential land development projects for Bielinski Homes Inc, managing daily field operations, contractor coordination, due diligence input, design, budgeting, scheduling, permitting, inspections, and progress pay approvals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. The role requires strong project management, communication, negotiation, Excel, and project management software skills, along with at least 4 years of land development or related experience and a preferred bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
