The role manages vendors and contractors, civil improvement plans, infrastructure installation, project scheduling, inspections, milestones, budgets, contracts, and regulatory compliance, while coordinating with internal departments, external stakeholders, engineers, and subcontractors. The position may include supervisory responsibilities and requires overnight travel.
