Timmons Group is hiring an experienced Land Development Civil Engineering Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in its Plano, Texas office. The role supports zoning entitlements, civil site plan approvals, construction administration, design development, specifications, plan sets, cost estimates, client communication, and coordination with design engineers. Candidates should have a bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or a related scientific area, substantial private land development experience, project accounting and schedule/budget management skills, technical and office software knowledge, and a valid driver's license.
