White's Site Development is hiring an entry-level Land Entitlement Trainee to support the entitlement and predevelopment process for active Central Florida multifamily and commercial projects. The role involves researching zoning and land-use regulations, assisting with rezoning and site-plan applications, tracking permits, attending pre-application meetings and public hearings, coordinating with engineers and attorneys, and supporting feasibility and acquisition research. Candidates should have a degree in a related field or equivalent experience, strong written communication and organizational skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and an interest in Florida land development; GIS familiarity and local government exposure are advantages.
