raSmith is hiring a Land Survey CAD Technician for its Survey Services division. The role reviews project files, analyzes field notes and legal documents, and prepares survey documents such as ALTA/NSPS land title surveys, plats, certified survey maps, topographic maps, transportation plats, condominium plats, subdivision plats, and legal descriptions. The position requires an associate’s degree in a related field or a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, 0–3+ years of experience, knowledge of surveying methods and legal aspects, and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil3D, and Microsoft Office.
